When considering a search firm, you should do your due diligence. The first step in determining if the search firm has the desired level of expertise is to review their Job Searches. You can scan ERI's Job Opportunities to confirm what our Consultants have told you about our Firm. These are all active searches and indicative of what the "market compensation" for a position is today. ERI often does not post its senior positions (CEO, President and COO) due to our Clients' confidentiality concerns. You can reach one our Executive Consultants at 800-435-0685 for information on Executive staffing needs.
Are you a top performer keeping an eye out for the opportunity to advance your career? If you fit that description, ERI is searching for you. How to work with our website
To make the most of your experience with ERI, go to the Job Opportunities page on our website at www.er-inc.com. Browse for your specific area of expertise and click on the opportunity that caught your eye. You will see a link for the Executive Consultant working with that Client. When composing the email, please attach a chronological resume in MS Word format. There is an example on our website should you want to see a suggested format.
After contacting an Executive Consultant, you will receive a call or an email response. Your information will be reviewed and you will be notified if you are a match to the Clients' requirements for the opportunity you specified. We may ask for additional information, request an appointment to discuss opportunities, or ask you to review the Job Description again to be sure you feel you are a match. Do not get discouraged by a negative response, the Job Description is only a snapshot of some of the requirements. There will be other 'soft skills' that may or may not be in the Job Description. New opportunities are updated on our website daily.
All of us here at ERI know, without doubt, that our business is built around you.
